General Provisions of Sale and Service

We provide industrial-grade steel solutions engineered for business-to-business specifications. Purchase orders become legally binding upon confirmation, with valuations subject to market volatility unless stabilized by written agreement. All financial obligations must be discharged in accordance with stipulated credit facilities or advance payment mandates. Title and risk pass to the purchaser upon dispatch at the site or terminal collection.
We warrant that our materials adhere to Kenyan Bureau of Standards. Notwithstanding, our liability is strictly confined to the replacement of non-conforming goods and excludes consequential damages. Purchasers are obligated to maintain compliance with all local statutory building codes. We reserve the right to amend these provisions to align with legislative developments or operational requirements.

All proprietary assets, encompassing trademarks and technical data on this platform, remain the exclusive property of Devki Steel Mills.
